First let us look at the design. I think Galaxy alpha is the most attractive phone of all the three, its small design makes it easier for you to grip with the hand. Then Galaxy Edge is of its kind, the curved screen which allows you to read notifications even if watching a movie. Finally Note 4 comes in. Both of them have the premium design, I mean both of them have Aluminum coating giving them the feel you need.
Looking at the screen pixel and type, All of the three galaxys are having super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the widest display of 5.7 inches followed by Samsung Galaxy Edge with 5.6 inches then finally Galaxy Alpha with 4.7 inches screen. If we look at the pixel density, Samsung Galaxy Edge comes first with ~524 pixel density followed by Galaxy Note 4 with a pixel density of ~512 then finally Galaxy Alpha with a pixel density of ~312 and as we know there is something unique about Samsung Edge, Let me say the first phone with a curved screen, The three phones are protected by Corning Gorilla Screen 3.
Coming to the internal space and RAM, Samsung Galaxy Edge comes in 32/64 GB space with 3 GB RAM followed by Galaxy Note 4 with 32 GB internal space and 3 GB Ram the finally Galaxy Alpha with 32 GB internal space and 2 GB RAM.
Let us now look at the chipsets, CPU and GPU. Game lovers and those who like multitasking, Galaxy Alpha is the best with Exynos 5 Octa 5430 chipset, CPU of Quad-core 1.8 Ghz Cortex A15 & Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 and a GPU ofMali-T628 MP6 will give you what you need without any lag. Both Galaxy Edge and Galaxy Note 4 has Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets , Edge has a Cpu of Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 and a GPU of Adreno 420 while Galaxy Note 4 has a CPU of Quad-core 1.3 GHz & 1.9 GHz Quad-core cortex-A57 and a GPU of Adreno 420 and Mali-T760. All of the three phones’ operating system is Android version 4.4.4 KtKat.

Looking at the cameras, both Galaxy Edge and Note 4 has the same properties, that is primary camera is 16 MP and secondary camera is 3.7 MP while Galaxy Alpha has a primary camera of 12 MP and secondary camera is 2.1 MP.

Then finally, the batteries. Alpha is more efficient than the other two. It comes with a generally smaller battery Li-Ion 1800mAh, the Galaxy Edge with Li-Ion 3000 mAh then finally Note 4 with 3220 mAh Li-Ion.
