Google said Nexus 9 6700mAh battery can offer nine hours browsing over Wi-Fi. LTE reduces the battery life to eight and half hours while Apple said users can expect up-to 10 hrs of battery while browsing.
Looking at the price, Nexus 9 will go for about $ 399 in US while iPad Air 2 will go for about $ 499 in US
