Let’s look at the display type for both phones. Z3 is powered by Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 and CPU is Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 with a GPU is Adreno 330, the internal space is 16/32 GB and 3 GB RAM while Note 4 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 805, Exynos 5433 and a CPU is Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450, Quad-core 2.7 GHz Cortex-A53 and Quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A57 and GPU is Adreno 420 and Mali-T760, Internal Space is 32 GB and 3 GB RAM. SO as you can see Note 4 is having an upper hand than z3.

Let’s have a look at the camera, Note 4 has a camera of 16 MP, 3456*4608 pixels, optical image stabilization, autofocus and LED flash and a secondary camera 3 MP while z3 has a camera of 20.7 MP 5248*3936 pixels autofocus, LED flash and secondary camera of 2.2 MP. So z3 has a very good quality of camera compared to Note 4.
